Shown below are some of my recent custom projects

This blanket chest was made for an artist that needed 4 removable masonite panels for an art project.  The top of the framed panels are removed by screws located inside the cabinet which allows the art panels to be removed. It is constructed for furniture grade birch plywood and veneer.

The artist finished the cabinet exterior.

This is a birch cabinet designed for an entry foyer.
The customer is painting a leopard scene across the front doors
and wanted them space between the doors to be minimum.

The customer is finishing the rest of the project.

The customer wanted to match an existing desk with a set of matching book cases.  The back panels were grooved to match the grooves in the desk wall panels. They book cases are finished with a classic golden oak stain.

This small cabinet was designed to fit a unique space in a bathroom.  The customer wanted a sea shell design on the cabinet top which my wife, Jane, did for her.

This Queen wall bed is
finished with Bedford paneling
over Birch plywood and painted white.

It has two 24" side cabinets with
adjustable shelves.

My wife keeps me busy with small art frame projects

for her and her friends.

This horizontal wall bed was made
for a special room with limited space.

It is made from oak with a Golden Pecan stain.

Also included are 2 side cabinets with full extension drawers.

This pendulum cradle
is made from select white pine
and stained to match the
existing Master Bedroom
furniture.

Queen Vertical

This Queen size vertical wall bed
is made from furniture grade oak plywood and solid oak trim.

It is done in a red oak stain with a satin finish and features a six panel front and 4" crown molding.

This special order Queen size wall bed is made
solid Hard Maple and furniture grade Maple plywood.

Solid Maple Corbels are used for the legs of the
bed.

The cabinet verticals are faced with solid Maple along
with solid Maple applied molding on the face.

5" Maple crown molding and base molding finished
the trim.  Two reading lights are installed and are controlled
by a touch knob on the headboard.

A 42" drop down desk is added to the face.

Because this wall bed was installed in a 3rd floor
room with limited access it had to be built in kit form and reassembled in the room.

It is finished in a water-based White Oak stain and
satin polyurethane.

This Oak cabinet was designed
to accommodate the 20" x 20"
art panels on the front and the
10" x 20" side paintings.

The cabinet door rails and stiles
were milled from 3/4" x 3/4" solid oak
to keep the art panels as close together
as possible.

The cabinet is stained in Classic Golden Oak
and finished with a semi-gloss
polyurethane.

This was a fun project for my daughter's family pet.

A raised food table for a medium size dog

The table is 22" long and 10" high
and made from Aspen wood.

This is a simple full size vertical wall bed
made from Oak.

The customer will add face and crown molding
and stain the bed themselves which is an
economical way to have a wall bed
with their own personal touch.
